As a tired train trundles through post-war Germany, a motley bunch of travellers huddle in a cramped third class compartment. Realising life will never be the same again, resentment breeds when a British soldier joins them for the ride. Flanked by a male civilian who urges caution, a German sailor takes it upon himself to show open hostility. Taking stock of each other throughout the journey, the three young men aggravate and intimidate. Soon there is a score to settle. But intuition tells them they all have something in common. And the only way to resolve their differences is to follow their instincts.

N.B. This story contains explicit descriptions of erotic and sexual situations between men. Mature readers only.

My Review
.
After the end of the Second World War three guys are travelling in a train compartment in Germany. There’s other people too, a nun, a man with a cigar, a businesswoman and an older woman in the same compartment. But it’s the guys who are up to a bit of sizing up that counts. The guy telling the story is German, the 2nd guy is British and the third guy another German. In his mind he gives the British guy the name Tommy and the German he names Hans.
Hans falls asleep on him and he likes the smell and look of him, he looks like a German poster boy for the war and he’s no more than 20. Tommy notices him checking out Hans and the guy isn’t sure if Tommy is disgusted or interested. Some foot bumping, thigh rubbing and people standing up with crotch at face level makes the train travel a big prick tease.
.
There’s also testosterone flying because Tommy and Hans are posturing at one another. When the train has a stop over they take off to probably slug it out and the storyteller ends up following them to see what’s happening.
There’s a light across train tracks where a warehouse is and our guy spots the two wrestling. Tommy ends up on his knees with a big cock slapped on his face before he sucks it with the teller as a voyeur on the action.
With a good story and erotic writing this ebook is totally hot. So here’s some quotes and pix.
.
.
Swaying to and fro, the train had shuffled his firm, youthful body closer to mine, the repeated rub of his thigh was a Sexy blonde, white hair, pits, black and white picdelicious torture I could do nothing about. Not that I wanted to!
Allowing my eyes to stray without moving my neck, which was now as stiff as my dick, I strained to take in the beauty of his face. He was the epitome of German youth.

.
Yeh. You know you want to lick those pits————–>
.
Hans had been flung so close to me, I’d almost drowned in his masculine musk. Self-control never has been one of my strong points. So I chance a glance. My dick grew rigid as a rock. By the look of it, he’d be a two had job.
So let’s have two mouths to celebrate on a two handed big boy.

GIF TWO GUYS BLOWJOB
Tommy realised he had to up his game. And being thrown into the blackout of an unexpected tunnel spurred him into a quick grope. But he had the touch of a man who knew exactly what he was doing.
.
.
His lips parted and his mouth widened, struggling to accommodate an ever-swelling cock. Tommy closed his eyes, his tongue tormenting Hans’ now rigid shaft. Slurping and sucking, the frenzied to-and-fro motion grew less coerced and more compliant.

The Verdict
.
This is a good ebook. It’s sexy with the guys sizing each other up in amongst other people which turns up the temperature. There is more to it than I’ve reviewed but you have to see for yourselves. I cant give it all away ;). I’ll read this writer again because he’s good at telling a story that appeals to gay guys and he writes it sexy. Thumbs up. Hey guys, it only cost me $0.99 cents to buy this so grab a copy.

  1. I have read three other novels by Charles Raines (Stranger in Translation, Falling for Forever, The Man with the Mandoline). I can safely say these works stand out by far from other stories I’ve read in the MM Genre. Erotic surrealism is a phrase that came to mind on reading Stranger in Translation, being a story that blended ghostly goings on to dream like sequences of eroticism.

I shall look forward to picking up Dicing With Danger very soon.

    1. I’ve got the others marked as to read so thanks for the heads up Rob. Sounds like Charles Raines is one good writer.

  2. Oh yeah! If you ever needed proof that less is more, here it is. Three hot men on a train get hotter as this short story progresses swiftly to an ending that will put a huge grin on your face. And not only that, you get Charles Raines intriguing style of story telling.
